Technical Notice

A reader says he could not post a comment here. I suspect that is because the new version of Blogger is weird. If you cannot post, or if you want to say something you do not want to share, email me at:
fundypostATgmail.com
You have to replace AT with the squiggly thing; but I don't need to tell you that: you are smart people.

You have to hold your mouth right...

But the pop up window takes an age to load ...

The pop loads fine, it's the posting bit I struggle with. Doesn't tell you if you post didn't go through.
A lot of sides mediate, so it can take a while before they appear, so you don't know if it went through or not.

Well it seems I can finally post.
Even better, I can post incognito. lol

Well I hope you lot are happy, because now I have to log in to my Google account and do the word verification thing, on my own blog. I changed the address for receiving messages and that has thrown the whole system.

What's more, my ADSL filter stuffed up last night, so I had to spend twenty minutes taking it apart and putting it back together before I could collect the night's mail; and I what do I get for my troubles: one lousy message.

How does an ADSL filter stuff up?
(Says the man that killed a few filters in his professional life).
Are you saying that you would prefer that we use the Google/Blogger option when posting? I have notice a few sites only allow that option.

It stuffs up when somebody steps on it.

I have yet to decode the mysteries of the new Google/Blogger system. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. All I do know is that if you make a comment on a Blogger site using the old system, then choose the option of using the new system, you loose your comment. This can hurt.

Yeah that would do it. lol

By the way, I was the one posting under Hamboy.

You are where it's AT Paul. WHERE IS YOUR MEME I tagged you for? It's ok if you don't do it though, memes really do bring up the tabloid quality of blogs.

Why, thank you; I'm in with the in crowd.

I am still thinking of answers which are printable.
