OK that's travel agents, and now real estate agents. Hopefully you can find something about the last members of the axis of evil - recruitment agents?
Last members, you say; so there is an upside to the recession.
Wishful thinking on my part, perhaps.
I would really like to seek out those that have been made redundant, just to ask them how they deal with challenging situations.
